Any woman may join our group — whether you attend regularly, or you're looking for meaningful time with women of faith. We meet the second Tuesday of every month, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.

Learn about early pregnancy signs and symptoms, and your first steps. Whether your pregnancy was planned or not, they provide a free pregnancy test and, if needed, a limited ultrasound to verify how far along you are.

Community Action Program
CAP Belknap-Merrimack Counties is a nonprofit dedicated to reducing poverty and helping families become self-sufficient. Through local offices, senior centers, Head Start centers and housing, it is a trusted source of support for over 6,000 families a year — more than 70 programs across child development, health and nutrition, energy assistance, job development, housing, transportation and senior services.
